All Staff Plus Assignee's are pre-screened and interviewed face to face by a Staff Plus Consultant whether it is for a Temporary or Permanent Placement. All Assignee's are put through a series of tests. Staff Plus has partnered with Kenexa-Prove It to help identify the most talented and appropriate Assignees. Our Testing and Training Center now offers over 1200 tests to potential Assignees.

All of our employees go through a rigorous screening process in person with one of our Staffing Consultants. Staff Plus can also tailor further testing to adapt to our clients' changing requirements.
