Staff Plus Policies

Staff Plus Policies (include but are not limited to:)

  • Staff Plus enforces a zero tolerance policy regarding harassment, work rage, profanity and aggressive behaviour within the workplace.. Employees have a right to be free from harassment in the workplace by reason of race, ancestry, place of birth, colour, ethnic origin, tizenship, creed, age, record of offenses, marital status, family status, handicap, sex or sexual orientation
  • All employees are expected to conduct themselves in a courteous and professional manner
  • Any associate found in an unfit condition to safely perform their duties will be removed from the premises
  • If an employee or assignee is unable to work on their shift, they should notify the office prior to the starting time
  • Associates must provide change of personal information to the consultant immediately ( i.e. change in telephone number, or address)
